Listpens is an AI-powered copywriting tool that generates draft text for real estate listing descriptions, agent biographies, and social media captions. All content is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided as a starting draft only.
All content produced by Listpens is generated by artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Listpens does not review generated content for fair housing compliance. You must review all generated content to ensure it does not contain language that discriminates based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content complies with your MLS rules, brokerage policies, and any applicable real estate licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. Listpens does not represent that generated content meets any particular MLS or regulatory standard.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Credits purchased on the pay-as-you-go plan never expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Each user is entitled to one free draft generation. Free trial use is limited to one per email address. Abuse of the free trial may result in restriction of access.
You retain ownership of all content you generate using the Service. Listpen retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying AI prompts.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any law. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listpens and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or any content generated by the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
