We collect the following information when you use Listpen:

Email address — collected when you use the free trial or create an account
Payment information — processed and stored securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers
Content you input — property details, bio information, and other inputs you enter into the generator. This data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your draft and is not permanently stored by Listpens
Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve the Service

To provide and operate the Service
To manage your subscription and process payments
To prevent abuse of the free trial
To send occasional product updates (you may unsubscribe at any time)
To improve the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Listpen:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
Anthropic — AI content generation. Content you input is processed by Anthropic's API. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
Netlify — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by law.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Listpens uses browser local storage to remember whether you have used your free trial. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure, tokenized payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
